Gravity Zone is a great location to celebrate your special occasion

At Gravity Zone we encourage you to design and build your own party to suit YOUR needs and budget!  This can be done in 3 simple steps:

  1. Choose your activity ($17pp – Jump only, $22pp Laser Tag only, $23pp Jump and laser tag)
  2. Choose the catering you require (various platters available, see Party Brochure and Pricing PDF below)
  3. Call us on 8770 3900 (Monday-Friday, 9:30am-5:00pm) to book a date and time, or email us using the form below

We want your event to be a fun and memorable occasion and appreciate that some occasions require special themes or items, therefore bringing your own decorations is welcomed.

Gravity Zone welcome party guests to bring in their own birthday cake, however due to Frankston City Council Food & Safety guidelines, Cakes must NOT contain any cream. (Including cakes that are cream filled or have cream on top of the cake). Lolly bags can also be brought in.

Please note that no other food or drink can be brought into the facility.

Terms & Conditions

Party Booking including numbers food/drinks, date and time must be finalised 1 week prior to party
All guests must arrive 10 minutes prior to the booking to ensure maximum jump time
Minimum of 10 per booking
No food or drink can be brought into the centre
Any cakes brought into the centre for parties cannot contain nuts or cream. A $7 Cakeage fee applies
Failure to pay in full 1 week prior to the booking forfeits your spot
All jumpers must wear Gravity Zone socks
All jumpers must listen to the host and obey the centre rules
Strictly no alcohol can be brought into the centre

Birthday Party Frequently Asked Questions

Can I pay for my party on the day?

Due to the set up for your party, full payment is required 1 week prior to your party date.

Can I get a refund or transfer my party to another date?

If you need to cancel your party you will incur a $50 administration fee. If cancellation falls within 1 week of your party you will forfeit your deposit.

However, parties can be transferred to another date without incurring any penalty fee.

Can I change my party numbers or food?

The number of guests attending the party can be changed up until the Thursday prior to the date of your party.

Your catering requirements need to be finalized no later than the Wednesday prior to the date of your party.

What can I expect when I have a party at Gravity Zone?

Our goal is for you to have an easy, fun and stress-free party!

When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly Party Leader who will direct you and your guests to the party room that you have been allocated.

If you have requested a party host, they will be waiting for you in the room.  They will ask your guests to take off their shoes and put on their anti-slip Gravity Zone socks.   The shoes will be stored in the room while the guests go and have some trampolining or laser tag fun!  If it is a laser tag only party, shoes are left on.

The guests will then jump or play laser tag for an hour, after which they will return the party room.  The catering will be served one hour after the start of the party.  If you have a host, they will ensure that the guests are in the party room at the correct time.  If not, we do ask you to round the guests up and be punctual as we don’t want the food getting cold!  The guests will have half an hour to eat and drink.  They will then put on their shoes and asked to vacate the party room.  At this point, we also ask you to remove all personal belonging (e.g. presents) from the room as we will need to get it ready for the next party.

If you are having a Jump AND Laser tag party, the guests will walk over to the laser tag arena where they will be briefed and fitted with a laser tag vest.  The game of laser tag will be played for the last 15 minutes of the party finishing 2 hours after the start time.

They will then leave – sweaty and tired but undoubtedly very happy!

What time will the food be served?

The catering will arrive in your allocated party room one hour after the start of the party or in the case of Super Session parties, two hours after the start of the party.  The guests will have 30 minutes to eat and drink and then will be asked to vacate the room to allow it to be cleaned and prepared for the next party.

Can I change the time that the food is served?

Unfortunately – no.  We prefer our guests to have a happy experience at Gravity Zone, and if they eat party food and then go out to jump again their tummies might not appreciate it!

What time should I arrive for the party?

Party guests need to be assembled in the downstairs foyer 10 minutes prior to the start time of your party.

Can I bring in my own food and drinks?

No, as Gravity falls under the Frankston City Council Food and Safety Guidelines we are unable to allow any food or drinks to be brought into the facility.

How much food will I need for my guests?

Consider the time of day that your guests will be eating – for example for a 10:00am party your guests will eat at 11:00am.  At this hour, your guests might not be as hungry as a later party when the food would be served at lunch time.  All platters are intended to serve 10 guests.  Please don’t hesitate to call us, and our friendly party consultants will answer any questions you might have.

Can you cater to allergies or dietary requirements?

We can cater to most allergy or dietary requirements. Please be sure to mention this to our staff when making the booking.

Can I bring my own cake and lolly bags?

You may bring in your own lolly bags and cake however if you are bringing in a cake it must not have any cream or nuts on or in it. BYO cakes incur a $7 cakeage fee.

What does a Gravity Zone Host do?

A Hosted party gives you a dedicated Gravity Zone staff member for the duration of your party.  They will organise your guests to be at their activities at the appointed time and help with the serving of your catering.  They play with the children and keep the group together.  They make a fuss of the party person and make them feel special.

Do I have to have a party host?

It is not essential to have a party host, although it is highly recommended for younger parties.

If you choose to have a host, they will welcome all of your guests, coordinate the activities for your party and oversee the catering requirements.

Parties without a host incur a $15 fee to cover staffing and room cleaning.
